Accommodation

  • Why camping is paying?

    Because we carry out important works to welcome you in the best conditions, and want the experience GAROROCK / CAMPING to be the most extraordinary. So more showers and more sanitaries but also new animations, a more varied catering offer, more music... Our goals are your comfort and your safety above all else.

  • Can I sleep on the camping with my motorhome?

    There is a motorhome and campervan parking outside the venue (ten minutes’ walk). The motorhomes must be self-contained; there is no electricity or draining possible!

  • Can I sleep on the Sleep'Em'All one night?

    This is not possible; the tents are only bookable for 4 nights. However, you can book for four nights but sleep only 3 or 2.

  • Are canned foods allowed on the festival?

    They are allowed only on the camping.

  • Are cans allowed on the festival?

    They are allowed only on the camping. Barrels are not allowed.

  • What are the opening hours of the camping?

    Thursday 27 June: 11:00am – 12:30pm
    Friday 28 June: 10:00am – 03:00am
    Saturday 29 June: 10:00am – 03:00am
    Sunday 30 June: 01:00pm – 12:00pm
    Closure: Monday 1st July at 02:00pm

    Opening time of the resting area: Thursday 27 June at 11:00am

Tickets

  • How to credit my pass if I get my bracelet on-site?

    If you have a 1 day ticket, you will be able to buy a CAROCASH card on-site at the RECHARGE BRACELET (1€) then you will be able to credit your CAROCASH card with your credit card or by cash.

    Via the mobile app www.garorock.com, you will be able to create an account with your GAROCASH card and then to credit it with your credit card.

    With a 1 day ticket, you cannot credit your pass before the festival.

    If you have a 2, 3 or 4 days pass, you have to create an account here.

    (If you buy your pass on FESTICKET, you have to wait until the following Tuesday 02:00pm)

    You can synchronise either your received bracelet (if bought before the 12 May), either your barcode number of your ticket (if bought after the 12 May). Moreover, credit the amount you want with your credit card.

    You can use the “auto-credit” option (in this case, when your credit is under 5€ your bracelet is automatically credit with 40€).

    During the festival, you will be able to credit your pass at the RECHARGE BRACELET or online with your smartphone.

  • I bought my pass after the 12 May, how will I get it?

    If you have a 1 day ticket, you can directly go to the festival with your ticket (faster). If you have a 2, 3 or 4 days pass, ask for your bracelet at the entrance at the ECHANGE BRACELET tent with you ticket.

  • I bought two 1 day tickets, can I get a 2 day bracelet?

    Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to change tickets / bracelets this year.
    For the 1 day ticket, a resting area is available. It is after the first entrance (not the general camping entrance, but go completely left) walk 300m on the route of the concerts zone and the resting area is on the left. You can leave your tent (within the limits of available places).

  • I bought a 1 day ticket + a 2 days ticket, can I get a 3 days bracelet?

    Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to change tickets / bracelets this year.

  • I bought two 2 days tickets, can I get a 4 days bracelet?

    No, it is not possible; you will have two different bracelets. However, you can stay in the camping for during the whole festival.

  • I have a 1 day ticket, have I access to the camping concerts?

    No, camping concerts are reserved to the 2, 3 and 4 days pass.

  • I bought a pass for someone else, how this person can credit it?

    If the pass is for someone else, this person will have to create an account HERE, and associate the bracelet or ticket to his/her name.
    Do not create an account for a bracelet that is not yours. Then the person will be able to credit via his/her account his/her bracelet.
    It is better to create an account before the festival. Then we can automatically reimbursed you after the festival if you still have money on your bracelet.

  • I still have money on my account after the festival, how can I be reimbursed?

    To be reimbursed, you had to create an account

  • If you have created your account before your first purchase on the festival and if you have synchronised your bracelet or a RFID card:

    You have associate your credit card so you will be automatically reimbursed 8 days after the festival. (1€ reimbursement fees. Minimal credit on your account to be reimbursed = 3€).
    If you lose your bracelet, you can go to the after-sales service to cancel it and get a new one. You will recover the money you had on your first bracelet.

  • If you create your account after the festival (deadline 15 August):

    You have to precise your IBAN then you will receive your reimbursement within 15 days (2e reimbursement fees. Minimal credit on your account to be reimburse = 3€).
    If you lose your bracelet or RFID card and you did not create and synchronised your account, the organization will not be able to cancel it and the money on it could be spent by a malevolent festival-goers who found it.

  • When will we receive our bracelets?

    If you have ordered them before the 12 May, you will receive your bracelets within the June first fortnight. After this deadline, please contact us: bracelets@garorock.com

  • I try to indicate my barcode on garorock.com/cashless and I have an error message “UNFINDABLE TICKET”

    If you buy your pass on www.festicket.com, please try again the Tuesday following your purchase after 2:00pm.
    Be careful to enter the barcode number (14 numbers) and not the order number.
    If it does not work, please send to bracelets@garorock.com your surname / name / order number / barcode / name of the seller (FNAC / TICKETMASTER / BOX OFFICE / DIGITICK / FESTICKET) or a picture of your ticket.

  • I try to indicate my bracelet number on garorock.com/cashless and I have an error message “UNFINDABLE TICKET”

    Be careful to enter the IUD number (16 symbols) and the security code (6 numbers) situated at the back of the chip of your bracelet (lift up the fabric, to see the security code, it is written above the IUD number).
    If it does not work, please indicate us these two numbers by email via bracelets@garorock.com or send us a picture of the back of the chip of the bracelet.

  • My bracelet is broken, what to do?

    At your arrival come to the after-sales service and we will replace the ring (on the left at the festival entrance).
    You can use your bracelet to synchronised it with your Garorock account (via www.garorock.com), then you will be able to credit it before the festival.
