Tickets are non refundable, non exchangeable according to the general terms and conditions.
Proof of ID (or a photocopy of the buyer’s ID as listed on the ticket) will be requested for the wristband swap or for any claim brought to customer services.
Single-day tickets do not grant access to the camping village. They give access to a free separated resting area located near the concerts’ site where festival-goers can camp for one night. The resting area has sanitary facilities but no showers. It opens every day at 2pm and closes at 10am the next day.
Warning: There is a no re-entry policy on the concerts’ site for single-day festival-goers. Make sure to settle in the resting area before going to the concerts’ site.
All other tickets, meaning 3-day, 4-day and all premium passes, grant access to the Camping village.
Tickets alone do not give access to the festival. The GAROPASS wristband is your key. All tickets, including single-day tickets, will be swapped with a wristband which will allow you to enter the site and serve as your cashless wallet during the festival.
If you purchase your ticket before May 18th, 2020, your wristband will be delivered to the address you provided during your order. If you purchase your ticket after May 18th, you will have to swap your ticket with a wristband upon your arrival to the festival. Proof of ID will be requested (or a photocopy of the buyer’s ID as listed on the ticket). If you’re not sure, your ticket specifies the process that concerns you (delivery or on-site swap).

For all tickets purchased before May 18th, 2020, corresponding wristbands will be shipped at the beginning of June. Shipping fees are offered by the festival.
If on the 22nd of June you still haven’t received your wristband, please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org and attach a picture of your ticket, your order reference and the name and email address provided during the original order. This wristband will be cancelled and another one will be provided to you at the customer services’ booth of the festival’s entrance. You will need your order reference and a proof of the buyer’s ID as listed on the order (or photocopy). If you only notify us upon your arrival at the festival, we will check that the wristband hasn’t entered the site already. If it has, no replacement wristband will be provided.
If you change your postal address in the meantime, you need to notify your ticket office as well as the festival at email@example.com and attach a picture of your ticket, your order reference, name and email address provided during the order..
