Access to the festival is forbidden to minors under the age of 8, even if accompanied, mainly because of the high volume of sound and equipment unsuitable for young children.
Minors under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult with parental authorisation.
Access to the camping area is forbidden to minors under the age of 12.
The festival is free for children under 10.
Tickets are not free for children aged 10 and over. Children under 10 can enter the festival free of charge, on presentation of ID at the ticket office and the ticket of the accompanying adult.
Yes, you can buy access to the campsite only if you have a concert pass, and only for the days corresponding to the days on your concert pass.
If the type of camping ticket that corresponds to the days shown on your entry ticket is no longer available, this means that the campsite is fully booked.
The bracelet will not be sent to your home address automatically. If you chose the delivery option when you made your purchase, your wristband will be sent to the postal address you provided from 15 June.
If you have not chosen the delivery option, your tickets will be exchanged for a wristband directly at the festival entrance gates.
Tickets must be purchased up to and including 15 May 2024 and will be delivered to the postal address provided from 15 June onwards. After this date, all tickets purchased must be exchanged for a wristband on site. You will need an identity document (or photocopy) in the name of the purchaser shown on the ticket to exchange it on site.
No, you must bring your camping equipment to the main area.
You have access to the campsite every night covered by your pass, but you must leave by 2pm the next day, at which time your wristband will be deactivated.
Ex : a 3-day pass for Thursday/Friday/Saturday gives you access to the campsite on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights, but you must leave by 2pm on Sunday.
It is impossible to access the campsite with a camper van, but there is a special self-contained camper van area close to the festival at the Espace-Expo !
Please note : there are no water points or plug sockets.
2 Global Charger stands, 1 at the campsite and 1 in the concert area, will be selling portable batteries for all smartphones. Free service, with a 20€ deposit.
We will apply the health standards in force at the time of the festival.
