Your GAROPASS bracelet will be your cashless wallet during the festival.
No other means of payment will be accepted. You can use it to make all your purchases (bar, catering, merchandise, entertainment, etc.).
Creating an online account remains optional and can be done at any time until until July 28, 2025.

Wristbands are no longer sent out in advance of the festival. You can already top up your cashless account through the Garorock app or the website. On the day of the festival, present your ticket at the entrance to collect your pre-loaded wristband.
You'll have to wait until you're at the concert site or campsite to top up your GAROPASS. Go to a Garobanque or scan the QR code on your chip and top up your wristband, which will remain anonymous.
Please note that without an account, it will be impossible to :
- Carry over your credit in the event of loss or theft
- Request a refund of your balance at the end of the festival
- Ask for assistance if you have any doubts about your credit (consultation not possible)
On the concert site and at the campsite, pay for all your drinks very quickly by showing your GAROPASS wristband. It only takes a few seconds !
