Cashless

Your GAROPASS bracelet will be your cashless wallet during the festival.
No other means of payment will be accepted. You can use it to make all your purchases (bar, catering, merchandise, entertainment, etc.).

Why create your account ?

Before the festival, top up your account :

• I have received my GAROPASS bracelet, I create my GAROCASH account

  All you have to do is top up your bracelet with money using the Garorock application or the website.
  You'll find a QR code on the chip of your bracelet that will take you directly to the account creation form. You can now create a GAROCASH account and top it up !

• I don't have my wristband yet, create my GAROCASH account

  Go to garorock.com/en/cashless or the app to create your cashless account. Then, on the big day, present your ticket at the entrance to collect your pre-loaded wristband.

• I do not wish to create a GAROCASH account

  You'll have to wait until you're at the concert site or campsite to top up your GAROPASS. Go to a Garobanque or scan the QR code on your chip and top up your wristband, which will remain anonymous.
  Please note that without an account, it will be impossible to :
  - Carry over your credit in the event of loss or theft
  - Request a refund of your balance at the end of the festival
  - Ask for assistance if you have any doubts about your credit (consultation not possible)

During the festival, pay & top up your account

On the concert site and at the campsite, pay for all your drinks very quickly by showing your GAROPASS wristband. It only takes a few seconds !

After the festival, ask for your credit to be reimbursed
